Question… Have you ever killed somebody?
Bare with me:
Our words have meanings and have an impact too.
“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Proverbs 18:21
We all have experienced this, perhaps we still do.
If you do get affected by words all the time, there is a problem, and also sadly that’s a sign of hurting and not healed from a wound. On top of that, if you react all defensive from the hurting that’s also a sign of weakness, sadly. I’m not trying to shame you, if not help you realize it to heal, but I need you to want to.
Personal Reflection
Trust me, I too have been there and still am. What really helps me is to actually think: “What would Jesus do?”
Since I try to stay on top of reading the Bible, I have knowledge of *"what Jesus would do*". And I try to do that. If I don’t do it with love, then I am just wasting my time.
So, again with the concept of the spirit realm: The unseen exists and makes an impact on the physical realm.
Just like this page. This page is useless in the physical realm if it is not composed by human literature.
Our thoughts connect to the spirit realm, filtered by the brain, passing by all your 5 senses, lastly to your heart. The heart is the treasure of your life.
“A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”
Words Have Power
Words have so much power and influence that our ancestor father, Adam, gave the animals their own name. It was because God authorized him as a gift of His love.
“Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.” Genesis 2:18-20
To conclude, be careful what you say and do, because it carries and brings salvation or damnation towards you and others.
